I'm Ms. Kirsten and this is Ms. Rachel. Our assistants are Ms. Maggie and Mrs. Ashley and we all teach the Four- Year-Old Classes at Crossroads! Explore below to learn more about our program. I hope to see you at school soon!

God Loves Me
Each school day, Crossroads students participate in classroom activities from the Christian Education curriculum, God Loves Me. Our preschool teachers make Bible stories come to life during Christian Sing-Along, and WUMC's Pastor visits monthly to host a visit to the Chapel. God’s love fills the air as well as all of their little hearts!
Book Mobile
Several times per year our school is visited by the CCPL Mobile Library! After the visiting librarian reads a story, students chose a book of their own to read and share with friends in the classroom. Preschool teachers also choose lesson-relevant books from the Mobile Library to supplement and refresh the classroom library.
Exploration & Discovery Learning
Our program has been put into practice with educational and Christian instruction that is age appropriate and uses a variety of strategies and materials. The Creative Curriculum from Teaching Strategies is used as the framework in which our teachers plan and implement a content-rich program approved by the
Maryland State Department of Education. Children will be provided with hands-on opportunities that have a positive impact on their success.

Payment Schedule
Registration fee and one month's tuition are due at time of enrollment and will be applied to May 2020.*

Remaining tuition payments are due monthly, September through April.

We appreciate parent volunteers
Parents are always welcome (and encouraged!) to volunteer in their child's classroom, chaperone field trips and help with school events. In fact, we have at least one parent volunteer scheduled almost every day of class for the whole school year!
Parents have so much to offer and when they are involved in the school community, everyone benefits!
